1. Gas recovery

In the field of oil and gas industry, gas recovery is the process of recycling hydrocarbon gas in the storage tank, whether it is upstream or downstream, in the air where the gas is discharged into the atmosphere. Gas recovery can be achieved by removing the vacuum and compressing the gas from the tank. By using liquid ring pump, it can be recovered, liquefied, and then used ethane gas. For this purpose or in the process of using a rotating vane compressor, this includes the separation of the non condensable gas through a separator and the distribution of the gas to the sales line.

Two. Gas gas recovery

Gas recovery can be described as refined sewage system or gas recovery in production. Because of its composition, this gas is usually regarded as exhaust gas. Because of the large amount of HC gas, these gases are usually burned. Many times, there are some high quality gases that can be used to burn up. These gases have some residual BTU values. Once the gas is separated, it can be recovered and pressed from the low pressure compressor to the main pipe compressor. The gas boost includes the use of a step-up compressor to deliver natural gas to the engine that may be used in the process of recovery and compression.

Five. Gas collection

The upstream program includes evacuation and compression of several wells, and gas is collected into a branch pipe or storage tank. Six. Stabilization of crude oil

Seven. Vacuum distillation of crude oil

Through atmospheric distillation or vacuum distillation, the fuel can be processed to make gasoline and other hydrocarbon fuels. This usage includes the application of vacuum equipment to crude distillation tower. The combined effect of heat and vacuum can separate crude oil into different components according to the boiling point. The aim is to extract lighter ingredients, such as gasoline. Vacuum distillation has higher efficiency than atmospheric distillation.

Eight. Exhaust compression

The non condensable light hydrocarbon gas discharged from the crude distillation column and other refining equipment is collected in the ordinary container and is discharged through the pipeline and is discharged to the compressor. According to the required exhaust pressure, the compressor compresses the exhaust with a certain combustion value and burns it to recover energy. This process is usually very short, and the recovery of this energy is very important for environmental protection.

Nine, steam recovery / gas boost

This is different from exhaust recovery. Steam recovery is relatively fixed and immutable. The typical application is to collect the tank exhaust. The vacuum degree is tightly controlled to protect the tank. Normally, the exhaust pressure is relatively low. Gases often return to the process, or liquefaction, and return to the tank. 

Ten, filtration / wax removal

Filtration or wax removal refers to the collection of wax components in the production of hydrocarbon based oils. Removing the wax from the oil can improve the quality and applicability of the oil. The liquid ring pump continuously eliminates the vacuum degree of disc or drum filter which may contain frozen MIBK nitrogen. If higher vacuum is required, mechanical fans and liquid ring pumps will be installed.

Eleven. Exhaust gas recovery

In the flare gas / tail gas recovery unit, the liquid ring compressor is an ideal choice. One of the main reasons is that the gas compression is basically isothermal and the temperature is about 30 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius. This avoids the possibility of polymerization in the compressor due to the exhaust gas that may be encountered when using other types of compressors.

Twelve. Polyester production

In polyester production, the vacuum needed in the reactor can be obtained by a composite vacuum system consisting of steam ejectors and liquid ring pumps. Unlike other applications, ethylene glycol (EG) can be used directly as the working fluid of the vacuum pump to facilitate the operation of the whole vacuum system.

Thirteen, PVC production

During the production of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), the residual vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) in the reaction was first pumped out and sent into the storage tank by a liquid annular vacuum pump, and then pressurized to about 0.7MpaA by a water loop compression unit and stored in a VC recovery tank in a liquid form for further reaction.
